I am not sure that Flash uses CMYK. The standard for animation is RGB.
What I will do is import these jpg's into Flash, and eyedrop each colour to get my palette. I think we should all be consistent then.
I had an experience recently where I didn't realise my artwork was in CMYK, and I couldn't understand why my colours looked dull until I switched it over to RGB. The shortcut for "repeat last action" in Flash is CTRL-Y, which in Photoshop means "switch colour mode".
