Some notes I shared with Girish, please let me know what you think:
-I think some of the sequences can go faster -I noticed you repeated scene 2, which I think you repeated to show the car slowing down, but this is indicated in scene 4. We probably don't need this repeat as it slows the pace down. -You placed a closeup of the dog's mouth, but I think scene 10 where the dog's licking his lips serves this purpose. -The pink vignette is a really great way of indicating that this is the dog's fantasy, and maybe we could really plus it up (maybe it is too subtle right now). It could fade up at sc06. Cut to sc08 with the closeup of dog's eyes, no vignette. Then cut to sc07 with vignette, crossfade to sc09. -panning shot of dining is running too long -sunset scene can be wider so we can clearly see the hot dog's silhouette -sc 11 13 17? -between sc 14 and 15, it could be a cut, not a crossfade, so it is more abrupt. I almost thought the lights were still part of the dream sequence. -something we should do in the future is indicate the scene number in the animatic in one of the corners (they do this in MLP) and/or a timecode. That way we can easily refer to a specific scene or sequence.
